Requirements
A laptop and access to an AI assistant. Accounting experience, no programming knowledge needed. It helps to have an overview of your current approval and control steps, so the exercises connect directly to your existing process.

Does AI replace review by accounting staff? No. AI delivers suggestions. Review and approval stay with your people, embedded in your dual control process.
Do we work with our own receipts? Yes, if you bring anonymised or uncritical receipts. Otherwise we work with sample receipts.
How do we ensure data protection for sensitive data? We discuss concrete rules for handling personal and sensitive accounting data in the training.
Does the training also suit our controlling function? Yes, the content on analysis and reports transfers directly to controlling tasks.
How do we handle different accounting systems in the team? We show the approach in general and adapt the exercises to the system you use. Access to your system is not required for that.
Who is responsible if a coding suggestion is wrong? Your staff, as before. The training builds exactly the review skill that catches a wrong suggestion before it gets booked.
Does the course also suit year-end close preparation? The content on reconciliations, analysis and reports transfers to closing work. We clarify the exact scope for your close season in the pre-call.
