In one day your team learns to use Copilot in Excel for real analysis. We prepare your own spreadsheets, have formulas explained, and build analyses and charts you can then check yourselves. The focus is on spreadsheets from your daily work, not prepared exercise files, so the results are directly reusable.

People from controlling, sales, procurement and operations who work with Excel spreadsheets regularly. Suitable both for teams trying Copilot in Excel for the first time and for teams that already know individual features and want to make their way of working more reliable.
Requirements
A Microsoft 365 account with a Copilot licence. Basic knowledge of Excel, such as formulas and simple tables. Advanced features like pivot tables or Power Query are helpful but not required, since the course starts at the basics of Copilot in Excel.

Tim Jamboula runs the training himself and works with the team on spreadsheets you bring rather than generic sample data. Questions about your specific reporting flow feed directly into the exercises.

FAQ
Is basic Excel knowledge enough? Yes. Anyone who knows formulas and simple tables can keep up. Advanced features like pivot tables are helpful but not required.
Do we work with our own spreadsheets? Yes, if you want to. We agree beforehand which data is uncritical.
What do we do if Copilot delivers a wrong formula? That is exactly what we practise: checking results, following formulas and spotting errors before an analysis gets reused.
Does this also work with very large spreadsheets? Copilot hits limits with very large or messy data. We show how to recognise that and how to clean up the data beforehand.
Does Copilot replace our controlling function? No. Copilot speeds up formulas, analyses and charts. Interpreting the numbers on the business side stays with your people.
Can we also practise pivot tables and more complex analyses? Yes, if your spreadsheets support it. We align the hands-on block with what your team actually analyses in daily work.
How do we handle sensitive numbers in our spreadsheets? We agree beforehand which spreadsheets are uncritical. Anyone who does not want to show their own numbers works with anonymised or structurally identical sample data.
